I recently moved - what do I need to do to change my personal address? – Customer Portal

ALL/GLOBAL:

Update your address by following these instructions. Once your new address is updated and approved, it will reflect in SystemA and SystemB. In the US, the HHRR change will also automatically update your benefits providers (WageWorks, Fidelity, Collective Health, etc.) and on your tax documents.
Update your account - Log into Schwab → Click ‘Service’ → Click ‘My Profile’ → Update your information → Click ‘Continue’
Reminder! If you are updating your address because you have moved to another State or Country and it was not part of a promotion or internal transfer, you must first have gone throughthis process and received explicit approval. Please hold off on updating your address until you've move has been approved.

Payroll: Log in to your OuiPay account, click your name in the top right > My Profile > Address, update your address, and click Save
Manulife Benefits: Log in to your Manulife Portal and click on Forms > Forms to update your personal information.Click on and complete ‘Application for Change (electronic submission) - Health and Dental Forms, sections 3 and 11. Go to "Contact us" -> "Send a document" and upload your for.This form will then be received by your Manulife Administrator to be reviewed and submitted
